Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as use of and/or buying from the aqualand.ae site (Website) means that you will be bound by them. In certain instances these terms incorporate statements to be found in the Security & Privacy, Payment, Returns & Refunds and Delivery sections of our site.

Every effort has, is and will be taken to ensure that the information contained in this site is correct and up to date. The information may, however, become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this Site.

Aqualand Aquarium & Display Case Tr Co LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use this Site. Aqualand.ae does not guarantee that this Site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.

We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Aqualand.ae or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.

5. Content and advertisements

This Site also contains links to other sites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Aqualand.ae These links are provided for your convenience only and Aqualand.ae is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.

6. Data protection and privacy

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Pricing

All prices quoted are in Emirates Dirhams (AED) and excluded Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honor the original price.

8. Ordering and stock availability

We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 3-10 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

Your order confirmation email is only an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance amounting to a contract. The contract commences upon dispatch of the goods.

Aqualand.ae makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.

Products sold on Aqualand.ae are for use in a domestic setting. If you wish to purchase items for commercial use please contact Aqualand Aquarium Customer Services on +971 50 3700209 to discuss your product needs. Products for use in commercial settings get more wear and tear than in a domestic setting and are necessarily more robust. For this reason we request that you contact us to discuss your requirements.

9. Return & Cancellation

In case of any delivered products to be found faulty, or damaged in transit (except for man-made damage from the customer), or differing from the description from the description given at the Aqualand.ae website, then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to AqualandAqualand.ae within 7 days of delivery of the product.

In case of any delivered products ordered by customer mistakenly, and through no fault of Aqualand.ae, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Aqualand.ae unused and in saleable condition (Aqualand quality control seal shall not be damaged).

In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Aqualand.ae reserves the right to charge an uplift fee (15 AED) to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.

10. Warranties

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification.

11. Changes to the terms

aqualand.ae reserves the right or remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time.aqualand.ae may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after aqualand.ae  has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.

12. General

E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.

To the extent that any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed not to be a part of these terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these terms, nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

These terms supersede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.

13. Statutory rights

The consumer's contract with Aqualand.ae does not effect the consumer's statutory rights.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of UAE

Please note that a number of the products on Aqualand.ae are flat packed, so some assembly will be required
